shipping policy
After your order is placed it takes about 48 hours to be processed. Please keep in mind products are handmade and made upon each order. You then must allow 1-3 business days before receiving information about your order. Normally by the 2nd business day tracking is provided and you will receive information on your ETA. Packages take 5-7 business days before reaching destination keep in mind business days EXCLUDE the weekend.
You will get your tracking information from PayPal in which will be shipped by USPS. Packages are sent by PRIORITY Mail but they will NOT have to be signed for. Its suggested to keep close eye on packages, after your package has arrived it is out of our hands.
return & exchange policy
All sales are FINAL there are absolutely NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES especially after packaging is opened. Please be sure that you're purchasing the correct items before checking out.
